Our passion is helping you evolve beyond compliance-driven data collection toward adopting intentional, ongoing data use as a core strategy for improving your impact and achieving your mission. Lisa Danielson Gierach, MSW, MPA

Lisa Danielson Gierach, founder and principal consultant, has extensive experience developing, delivering, and evaluating programs that address educational inequity, homelessness, poverty, and other barriers to success for children and families. For the last decade, she has helped social sector organizations achieve greater impact by building their capacity to use data and evaluation to improve their work and communicate their results. Throughout her career, Lisa has developed topical expertise in: Child and Youth Development, Community Schools, Collective Impact, Parent and Community Engagement in Education Reform, Homelessness, Supportive Housing, and Gender-Responsive and Trauma-Informed Services.

Lisa earned a Master of Social Work and Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California with a focus on nonprofit management and community planning, and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and Spanish from the University of Notre Dame. She is a member of the Oregon Program Evaluators Network. She is a mom to three young children and resides in Portland, Oregon with her family. She spends her free time gardening and hiking the Pacific Northwest.
